The Customer

All Right Now were approached by Rise Digital Media who needed a Kiosk ticketing solution for their ground transportation client, Hallmark Connections Limited, at a range of quality Hotels in and around London Heathrow Airport.

The Hotel Hoppa transfer services, provided by Hallmark Connections, carry thousands of passengers every year to terminals 1,2,3 & 5 at London Heathrow Airport, selling return and single journey tickets 24/7 to travelers from all over the world.

The Challenge

Rise Digital Media needed the kiosk ticketing solution to provide a range of payment options to customers travelling to London from anywhere in the world. The configuration needed to allow contactless, chip & pin and mobile payments (Android Pay & Apple Pay). The product also required the ability to issue robust paper tickets for single and return journeys in a semi attended environment, with integrated data connectivity to allow real-time communications with the Rise Digital Media transport services solution. The team at Rise Digital Media needed to design and build a back-office control center to provide remote visibility on each of the kiosks using a web services interface to provide instant alerts for maintenance (including the topping up print media) and general health status for the devices.

The Solution

Our SmartCurve kiosk was the perfect solution! With its stand out design and glass front which can be fully customised to the customers’ requirements. The design is extremely durable as we have developed a unique print on glass technique whereby the print is actually on the reverse of the glass. This eliminates wear and tear and keeps the design fresh for many years. We were able to work closely with Rise Digital Media to customise the kiosk to their exact requirements and design, from concept to deployment. The back office software services developed by the team at Rise Digital Media provided a reporting system to keep the client up to date with the kiosks sales performance and health status with almost all issues dealt with on a remote access basis.
