Every client who approaches us has a requirement, project or just an idea they need to turn into a product and deploy successfully.
We evaluate, consult, and make recommendations that will meet our client’s functional and aesthetic needs. Budget and time-scale are taken into consideration and details are discussed and agreed at the kiosk design stage before we enter the engineering stage.

All the details of the solution are brought together by the engineering team and a “value engineering” process is actioned. A  lot of consultation with our client takes place throughout this process, and initial detailed CAD drawings are produced. Our client signs off the design before we build the prototype.

Once we receive our clients approval we move to the prototype, and will almost always come back with small changes they would like to make – we then integrate these changes into the production model and full production then begins.

Our customer will then take some time to evaluate and test the prototype, and will almost always come back with small changes they would like to make – we then integrate these changes into the production model and full production then begins.

Deployment

Deployment

Once off the production line and fully tested, touchscreen Kiosks are then securely packed and scheduled for delivery to our client’s site. We have a national network of engineers to ensure every kiosk is installed and configured correctly. Our engineer doesn’t leave until our client confirms that everything is OK. We don’t stop there though!

Service and maintenance

Service and maintenance

One of the most important parts of the solution. We offer 5 and 7 day maintenance contracts to all of our customers. With a national network of service engineers, we can offer a next day, on-site maintenance service at a reasonable price, ensuring your kiosk is quickly back in service, whatever the issue. This is an essential part of the solution. Our engineers are all trained on the latest versions of all our kiosks and have quick access to all components.
